2004 Environment Agency & QWAG (Quaggy Waterways Action Group) Flood alleviation scheme in Sutcliffe Park – the citation was:In the opinion of the Society, this project has produced an imaginative scheme that has made a significant contribution to the quality and appearance of the natural habitat of Eltham.Sutcliffe Park has been transformed into an enjoyable and pleasing park that has reclaimed the river, provided a lake, ponds, wildflower meadows and reed beds. It has also alleviated the risk of flooding in the area and given full access for disabled people.
2003 Greenwich Council Restoration of Well Hall Pleasaunce – the citation was:In the opinion of the Society, this restoration has brought back to Eltham a significant community asset to the benefit of present and future residents and visitors. The Pleasaunce has become, once more, an enjoyable and pleasing park that respects the past and provides an area of tranquillity in a busy world.
2002 English Heritage Design, execution and maintenance of Eltham Palace Gardens – the citation was:In the opinion of the Society, English Heritage has created a series of gardens, which reflect and enhance the whole history of the Eltham Palace site. The design, execution and maintenance of the Eltham Palace Gardens have provided visitors and residents of Eltham with an open space that has added significantly to the amenities of the locality.
2002 London Borough of Bromley in partnership with Julia Rimmer, Transco and The Eltham Society Thomas Haworth Mausoleum – the citation was:In the opinion of the Society, this memorial has been sensitively re-created to provide an historically significant artefact. It respects its origins and acknowledges the historic significance.
2001 Groundwork (in partnership with The Eltham Society, Single Regeneration Budget, Central Eltham Residents Association, London Borough of Greenwich, Old Page Estate Residents Association, Millennium Festival Awards for All, Eltham Youth project, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer) Design of Passey Place, opened April 2001. The citation was:In the opinion of the Society, a well-designed, pleasant and useable space has been created in a prominent part of Eltham High Street. This has enhanced the visual appearance and provided a focal point for shoppers and visitors.

1999 Mr Alonso Vela Castro and Mr Eddie Kidney Eletriq Café, Eltham High Street – the citation read:In the opinion of the Society, has improved the appearance of Eltham High Street and added a significant contribution to the amenities available to the residents of Eltham by creating an attractive and affordable family restaurant in an unused building.
